As the leader of SER’s logistical hub, Angela and her team are responsible for the critical process of getting the right machines to the right sites, right on time.
With over 20 years’ experience in the construction industry, Angela is passionate about providing the calm, organised, and responsive service customers rely on to keep their projects on schedule.
Plant and Transport Administrator Joanne Scott
Joanne joined SER in 2022 and brings many year’s experience to her role of Plant and Transport Administrator.
One of the first people on the dance floor at the Christmas party, she’s clearly had classical ballet training in a previous life!
Accounts and Payroll Administrator Nicola Henderson
The longest serving employee in the company, Nicola started for SER in July 2005 dealing with accounts and payroll.
Outside of work Nicola enjoys spending time with family and friends, keeping fit and weekends away.
Plant Manager David Grace
David has over 30 years’ experience working with major contractors and dealers, developing safe and efficient operation of construction and mining plant on high-profile contracts throughout the UK.
David joined SER in 2021 and his knowledge and experience is a huge asset to the company.
Service Manager Mike Adams
Mike served his time as a plant engineer with the company in its previous life – Peter Stevens Dumptruck Hire. After a few years away gaining valuable experience elsewhere, he returned to SER in 2012.
Mike has now moved away from the spanners (most of the time at least) and enjoys his role as Service Manager getting others to do the dirty work!
Service Manager Patrick Williams
Patrick began operating heavy plant machinery over 15 years ago and has progressed through the ranks to become a valued member of the SER Service team.
Based in the south of England he looks after some of our busiest sites such as HS2. Patrick brings a wealth of operational experience to the company and is always keen to get out and see the machines in action.
GET Sales Manager Mick Fenwick
Mick has spent his whole career in the welding and fabrication industry and is our Ground Engaging Tools (GET) Sales Manager.
Based in the north-east of England but covering the whole of the UK, he joined SER in 2016 and has full autonomy of GET Sales. Mick would be happy to pay you a site visit and provide a quote for your wear parts.
Sales Manager - North & Scotland Mark Need
Based in Scotland, Mark Need is the sales manager for the North and Scotland at Stevens Equipment Rental. He brings a deep, hands-on knowledge of machinery to the rental market, honed over an eight-year tenure with the Volvo Construction Equipment dealership and further experience at Volvo Trucks.
This background makes him a trusted advisor for contractors, helping them find the right, practical solutions to get the job done efficiently and on schedule.
